Refund policy

At Paradise Stationery, we are committed to providing high-quality, customizable, and unique products. Please carefully review our policy to understand our stance on returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

  1. Returns and Exchanges for Customizable Products

    Due to the personalized nature of our customizable items, including but not limited to custom tumblers, totes, and other tailored products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on these items once the order is placed. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

  2. Returns for General Merchandise

    We accept returns for non-customizable, general merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • In its original packaging.
    • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

    Refunds for general merchandise will be issued as store credit only. No cash or card refunds will be provided.

  3. Damaged or Defective Items

    We take great care in inspecting every item before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with the following information:

    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photographs of the damaged or defective item

    If the item is found to be defective due to manufacturing errors, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

  4. Incorrect Orders

    If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a correction or replacement promptly.

  5. Cancellations

    All orders are final and cannot be canceled once placed. Please ensure all customization details and order information are correct before submitting your order.
